Construction

In a case that required a fast turnaround, we were asked to prepare a core bundle after searching a textbase for document relevance, sort issue bundles, fillet for duplicates, and ultimately quality-check close to a million documents. The litigation was voted "Team of the Year" by Legal Business and "Best Use of IT" by The Lawyer.

Insurance

We were involved in a multi-million dollar claim, which involved the preparation of an arbitration bundle of over 100 files. It required a massive document filleting and pagination exercise, detailed research of witnsess statements and technical reports, document scheduling, document maintenance and arbitration support.

Construction

A recent case involving a massive quantity of documents, the core bundle alone amounted to over 1000 files, required the construction and maintenance of a large database, populated with thousands of records and images. A correspondence log was also incorporated to track the daily to and fro of communications.

Non-contentious

We were asked to undertake a document management project for a fast expanding communications company at their premises, which involved identifying relevant contact documents, scanning and coding about 6000 images onto a database. As a result our client now has an up-to-date retrieval system which is easy to maintain.

Property

We have recently created a deeds library for a property client which involved scanning and indexing all their deeds. This will save them time and costs, since not only will they be able to access their documents from their PC within seconds, they won't need to photocopy or continually retrieve the deeds from secure store.
